Therapy session

Wherever you may be – at home, at work, or travelling – you will feel great if you have your Calibreath close by. And you can get even better and quicker results with an intensive 10-minute therapy session.
How does the session work?

Take your Calibreath to somewhere calm.

Sit down, assume a good posture, and hold your Calibreath out in front of you, just under your chin.

Turn on your Calibreath to its highest setting – red.

Now you can start your session by taking deep breaths, in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Continue for 10 minutes.

For best results, have a Calibreath session of this type both morning and evening.
